According to Glamour magazine, full skirts are coming back, and I cannot help but agree! Full skirts are a classic fashion statement.

Wearing a full skirt makes you look like you have an itty bitty waist! How? The skirt is fitted closely around the waist and then flairs out as it comes to your knees. Full skirts are almost universally flattering because they define the waist, and make it seem small by comparison. They also give you a classic, vintage look. Full skirts never really went out of style, they were just pushed to the side to make room for newer styles such as the pencil

Do you ever get frustrated with having short hair? Do you get tired of waiting months and months for it to grow to the length you want? Today I am going to fill you in on the three secrets of growing your hair long and strong! 

Tip#1:

Take vitamins! Vitamins give your hair strength which helps prevent breakage. When your hair starts getting split ends, it causes it to break off and get shorter. Vitamins also strengthen your immune system which promotes hair growth. A supplement I recommend is Biotin, which is a naturally occurring B-vitamin. It renews the follicles and roots of the hairs that are already growing. It gives you thicker, fuller, and healthier hair!

 Tip#2:

Drink lots of water! Drinking water increases the amount of moisture in your hair. Water makes up approximately one fourth of the weight of a strand of hair and when hair has the proper amount of water, it will respond by being strong and shiny. I love shoes. They can take an outfit from being just average to being jaw dropping. They put the finishing touches on any ensemble. Today we are going to take a look at what summer shoes are a must for any wardrobe.

     Flip Flops:

Flip flops come in so many different colors and styles that you are bound to find at least one pair that you fall in love with and that goes with everything. Whether they are silver and sparkly or neon pink with studs, you can always find a pair that suits you. Flip flops are also super comfy.  They are usually cheap, too, so you can buy a pair for every outfit 😉 Collage

Wedges add class to any ensemble. They come in all heights and styles! You can get anything from peep toed to strappy sandal-like wedges. They come in anything from tribal prints to sweet pastel colors. Pair these with a cute sundress or summer skirt

These are a good step between casual sandals and formal wedges. They can be worn to anything from school to church to a day out with friends.  Memorial Day is fast approaching! Today I am going to give you some suggestions on how to look your best on this special day! Whether you are hanging out with friends, throwing a party, or just chilling with your family, I am here to make sure you are looking fab this Memorial Day.

       I don’t know if you all know this, but I am really loving the high-waisted shorts trend. They are so adorable and give you a retro look. Search for a pair here:http://tiny.cc/HighWaistedShorts!  You can pair a white or red shirt with a pair of high-waisted shorts for a casual look on Memorial Day. You could also rock an American Flag printed pair like the ones shown in the picture below. Love em! Throw on a pair of white or red sneakers or strappy sandals to complete the look. This outfit is perfect if you plan on hanging out with your friends and keeping things low key. 

Another outfit idea is to sport a sweet sundress. Sundresses are ideal when it comes to staying cool while enduring hot weather because they are so loose and flowy. If you are attending a barbecue or an outdoor event, this is your best choice. Not only are sundresses classic and adorable, they are also super comfy. I suggest wearing a sundress that is either white or is accented in patriotic colors for this occasion. Throw on a pair of classy wedge sandals and the outfit is complete! And finally, accessories! A sure way to spruce up any outfit is to add nail color. Paint your nails red or stripe them with white and blue! Another way to add a patriotic splash to your ensemble is to pucker up and apply bright red lipstick. Red lipstick adds character to any outfit!

I don’t know if you have noticed, but SPRING IS HERE!! And that means that summer is just around the corner. You know what that means? Swimsuit season is getting closer and closer! If you are looking for ways to tone up and get in shape for summer, look no further!

1. Drink water before every meal: By drinking a glass or two of water before every meal, you are filling up your stomach and making yourself feel more full! When you feel full, you won’t eat as much, and if you don’t eat as much, you will lose weight!

2. Do some sort of cardio twice a week: Cardio is key to becoming a toned beach goddess. It gets your heart rate up and gets your muscles moving! Some cardio exercises that I recommend are jogging, jumping rope, and swimming!how to prepare for summer 

3. Snack healthy: Healthy snacking is a really great way to keep your cravings away and not make you eat as much at your meals! Some healthy snacks are fruit, nuts, or even veggie chips! 

Remember Insiders, losing weight is 80% how you eat and 20% exercising. This means that, although exercising is important to staying healthy, how you eat affects you even more. Now get off the couch, grab an apple, and get your fitness on!
