During the summer, I am a fruit snacker. I love having fresh fruit around! If you want to work fresh fruits into your daily summer diet, try making this delicious, nourishing, homemade vitamin water! Unlike store-bought vitamin water, it has no added sugar or artificial sweeteners.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cubed watermelon
- 1 sliced lime
- 1 sliced lemon
- ½ sliced and quartered red grape fruit
- 1 sliced medium cucumber
- 12 mint leaves
- 2 quarts water
- ice
Combine the fruit, cucumber, mint and water in a large pitcher. Stick the pitcher in the fridge and let it infuse overnight. The next day, pour yourself a large glass over ice and enjoy! This simple and easy vitamin water is great to make just for you, or for a summertime party! It has a tons of nutrients and vitamins in it, so you can feel great while you treat yourself to this tasty drink.
