Coffee and fudge, in brownie form?! Goodness gracious, it doesn’t get any better! Here is the recipe for the most delicious java-inspired brownies you’ll ever taste.

  • 2 sticks unsalted buttercoffee fudge brownies
  • 5 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 tbsp instant-espresso powder
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 13- by 9-inch baking pan. Melt the butter and chocolate with espresso powder in a saucepan over low heat. Whisk it until it is smooth. Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool until it is lukewarm. Whisk in the sugar and vanilla. Next, whisk in eggs 1 at a time until the mixture is glossy and smooth. Whisk together the flour, cinnamon, and salt, and then whisk into the chocolate mixture. Pour the batter into the pan and spread, then bake on the middle rack for 25 to 30 minutes. Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them. DEEEE-licous! I cannot wait to make these, how good would they taste with a cold glass of milk. MMMMM…
