  • Apples
  • Nutella
  • Peanut Butter
  • OPTIONAL: crushed nuts (almonds, peanuts, walnuts, etc.), mini chocolate chips, oats, candy pieces, shredded coconut

Begin by removing the core and slicing the apples horizontally so that the apple pieces look like rings!  Now comes the fun part.  Start by putting peanut butter, Nutella, or both all over your apple ring.  Then place as many toppings on as your heart desires and dig in!  They’re as simple as that!

These apple cookies are perfect for a mid-day snack, after dinner dessert, or to set out at a dinner party or sleepover and let your guests create their own!  The possibilities are endless, so dive in and start creating your apple cookies!
