"The WORD."

Life Lessons from 1 Peter 3:4

1 Peter says “Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight.” Translation? True beauty begins on the inside.

Your beauty comes from the way you treat others. It comes from your words and actions. It comes from the gentleness of your spirit and thetu kindness of your heart. This beauty shines through and makes an impression on people! We all know someone who is absolutely gorgeous on the outside but has a less-than-pretty personality. Their heart tarnishes their good looks. Your inner beauty is what God values, and I guarantee you that the people around you value it as well. We need to remember to spend time making our hearts beautiful. Be an example for others on how to treat one another and how to show love. I try and read my bible and read books for advice on how to make my inner beauty shine. I think it is so important for us to always be striving to be better people and better Christians.

Remember, true beauty begins on the inside.

XOXO, Chels
