Looking for a way to get a morning boost? Check out this yummy breakfast smoothie! 

So I came across this recipe on Pinterest and fell in love with it! It tastes just like apple pie in a cup! So here are the ingredients:


chelsea crockett smoothie

–          5 almonds

–          1 red apple

–          1 banana                                                                    

–          ¾ cup Greek yogurt, nonfat

–          ½ tsp cinnamon         

–          ½ cup milk, nonfat

That’s it! Looks super simple, right? Combine all of the ingredients in your blender and blend them until they are a smooth consistency. Then viola! You now have apple pie in a cup. This smoothie is super healthy and will keep you full and focused until lunch time. If you like your smoothies cold like I do, freeze your bananas before you blend them. You can also toss a few ice cubes in with the mixture before you blend it.
