AIf you are like me, then you are always trying to find ways to go all natural and be healthier. To all of us all-natural gurus, apple cider vinegar is our best friend! It can be used for just about everything under the sun. Sounds kind of weird, right? Using vinegar to be healthier? Could it be?? It sure can! Here is how:

  1. Drink it! Now I’m not saying fill up a cup with apple cider vinegar and go to town on it, that would be totally flytrap-vinegar1“ewwww”. Just mix a really small amount into a cup of water and sip on it throughout your day. Apple cider vinegar actually helps with weight loss and can help detox your liver and reduce heartburn! It may be a little odd tasting at first, but it grows on you!
  2. Tone your face! You can actually use this vinegar as a toner. Mix one part apple cider vinegar with 2 parts water. It can help tighten and tone skin as well as reduce acne.
  3. Treat your hair! After you shampoo your hair, pour a cup of cold water with 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar mixed in over your hair. This removes any product buildup on your hair and makes your hair super shiny. I’ve tried this and it really works!
