We have all had those days where we wake up and our hair looks like something out of a horror movie. Bad hair days are the worst because we are helpless in the fight against our hair, it has a mind of its own! Here is a handy dandy list of ways that you can beat your next bad hair day and come out on top-great hair intact!

  2. Running late or have horribly untamable hair? Braids are always a safe bet. Braided hairstyles are your bff on days when you just don’t want to mess with your hair.
  3. To help prevent bad hair days from bearing their ugly face, steer clear of hair products that have silicones or sulfates in them. Those chemicals dry out your hair and disrupt it’s natural wave/curl pattern. This means mega frizz! Also, maintaining a healthy diet can really benefit the health of your hair. Avoid eating an excess of salt, sugar, caffeine and carbonated beverages!
