I am trying to eat healthier. Isn’t everyone? One thing that I have found while on my journey to healthy bliss is that by making healthy foods taste better, it is easier to eat them. I know, ground breaking right? I love to snack on apples, but sometimes apples could use a little dressing up. Here is how to give apples a makeover!

Peanut butter dip-

Ingredients:

–          1 cup plain Greek yogurtpb-dip

–          ½ cup peanut butter

–          ¼ cup honey

–          ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Combine all of your ingredients into a bowl. Mix them all together until you have a smooth mixture. That’s it! The great thing about this recipe is that it only has four ingredients, so it is super easy to make. It also has all natural, healthy ingredients so you can eat as much as you want! I personally love Greek yogurt, so this was the perfect recipe for me! Have fun with being healthy, it makes it so much more fun!
