If I have a stressful day at school or an exhausting weekend of traveling, my favorite way to de-stress is with a nice long bath. There are also remedies that you can add to your bath that can enhance it! Here are 5 bath remedies to do everything from relax to detox to refresh you!
1. Honey: Adding honey to your bath can help soften and smooth your skin, as well as detox your body!
2. Tea: tea has anti-aging properties, as well as detox abilities! So, if that is what you are looking for, then toss some tea bags into your bath!
3. Milk: Yup, milk! If you get a killer sunburn- like, lobsters are jealous of the fiery red shade of your skin- then milk is your saving grace! Milk calms your skin, as well as keeps it smooth.
4. Salt: Salt can be added to your bath to reduce pain, inflammation, and to relax you!
5. Lemon: Add this to your bath if you are looking to shrink your pores, refresh your skin, and revive yourself!
