  2. Stick to a routine: I know how tempting it is sometimes to just fall into bed without doing your whole face routine at night, but it is so worth it to stick to your routine to prevent impurities and toxins from getting in your skin.
  3. Do an at-home peel: Scrubs are great for occasional use, but using them all the time is too harsh on your skin. Peels improve the texture of your skin and treat acne, sun damage, and wrinkles! Peels utilize different types of acids in order to get rid of dead cells and promote new cell growth. There are tons of different peels for every skin type, so do your research.
  4. Use a salt and mineral mask: Yes, we need to get our skin a little dirty to detox it sometimes! Mud masks help detox by restoring pH balance and hydrating the skin. They also help improve blood flow to the skin.
