Winter can really do a number on your skin. It can dry you out and do not-so-pretty things to it. Plus, it can feel itchy and uncomfortable and flaky. Want to know how to give your skin the attention it deserves this winter? Read on!

  1. Give your lips some love: Winter can cause your lips to become more and more chapped and dry. One way to care for your lips is to use a lip scrub on them. Get all of that yucky dry skin off! This also moisturizes your
  2. Deal with dry skin: Don’t try and cover up your dry skin with makeup. Deal with it at the source! Exfoliate the dead skin off of your face before you apply makeup. It will get the flaky skin off. Moisturize after you exfoliate for maximum dry skin
  3. Moisturize often: Moisturize several times a day to prevent the dry skin mentioned above. Make sure your moisturizer has sunscreen in it to prevent wrinkles and skin cancer.
  4. Body lotion: Apply body lotion in the shower to lock in the hydration! Towel off in the shower and then slather on your lotion. I also like to use coconut oil on my skin after a shower to fight dry skin.
