-1 tangerine and 1 light string cheese: This only has 90 calories and has 6 grams of protein! I don’t know about you all, but I love me some string cheese.

-1 low-calorie yogurt and ½ cup raspberries: This also only has 90 calories and can totally blast away that craving for sweets! Next time your sweet tooth tries to tempt you into scarfing down something that your body will NOT thank you for, reach for this!

-½ cup Kashi GoLean! Crunch Cereal and ¾ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk: this only has 100 calories and a whopping 7.5 grams of protein! You can use skim milk if you want, but I chose almond milk.

-1 100 calorie bag of Blue Diamond Almonds: Almonds are the best nut out there! They are better for you than peanuts, and they are a great source of the good fats that are essential for your body to function!

-100 calorie bag of organic popcorn: Who doesn’t love popcorn? I know I eat it by the handful! I was so excited to find that popcorn was on the list of healthy snacks! Eat up, Insiders!
