Where I live, in the Midwest, summers are sweltering. Cool treats are always good to have on hand, but yummy frozen snacks are usually packed with sugar. Having heathy cold snacks on hand is a must. Here is one that I absolutely adore!
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 4 oz vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup semi sweet miniature chocolate chips
Place bananas, yogurt, peanut butter, and milk in a blender and blend until there are no chunks. Scoop the mixture into a plastic container and stir in the chocolate chips. Cover and freeze for 30-45 minutes for a froyo consistency. I like making this either as an afternoon cool-down treat or a midnight snack! Either will do 😉
