Who doesn’t love a banana split? I sure do, but I don’t love the calories that come with it. What if I told you that there was a way to get all of the great taste to a banana split, but with only a fraction of the calories? I introduce to you, banana split bites!

Ingredients:chelsea crockett

–       24 pieces of pineapple

–       2 bananas sliced into 24 slices

–       1 cup of dark chocolate chips

–       2 tsp coconut oil

–       12 strawberries sliced in half

Grab a cookie sheet and layer the pineapple slices on it. Then layer the bananas on top of the pineapple, then the strawberries. Stick a tooth pick through the layers of fruit and then stick them in the freezer for a few minutes. While they are in the freezer, melt your chocolate chips with your coconut oil on the stove. Dip your fruit into the chocolate and lay them on top of wax paper on a cookie sheet. Stick them in the freezer to cool the chocolate.
