All you need is an egg, an avocado, and some bacon! Slice your avocado in half and take the skin off. Scoop out some of the inside of the avocado so you have room to put an egg in it. Once you have scooped out some of it, crack the egg into the avocado. Sprinkle some bacon onto the top of it and put it into the oven on a baking sheet! Bake it at 425 for 15 minutes, take it out, sprinkle it with salt, and enjoy!! Avocados are one of the best foods for you out there, so what better way to fuel your day?
