Everyone loves donuts, but nobody loves their nutritional facts. Here is a delightful donut recipe that doesn’t pack on the calories!

2 cups rolled oatsDSC_0604b-1024x665
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tblsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup frozen blueberries

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Grease your donut pans with butter or coconut oil
  2. Mix the oats and milk in a medium-sized bowl.  In a large bowl mix together the dry ingredients together. Stir the liquid ingredients into the dry ones until they are well combined.
  3. Fill your donut molds to the top and bake them for 16 to 18 minutes. Be careful not to over-bake them! Bake them until they are golden brown.
  4. Let them cool and enjoy!

These donuts are totally guilt-free, so have no shame in indulging.

XOXO, Chels
