I’m not tricking you, but I am treating you! This tasty treat has all of the great things that you love about ice cream, but instead of dairy, coconut milk and almond butter are blended with pumpkin for a healthier spin on your favorite dessert. Here is how to make it!

 -1 can organic pumpkin

chelsea crockett pumpkin ice cream

-¼ cup almond butter-¼ cup coconut milk

-1-1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (or mix together cinnamon and nutmeg)

-½ to 1 tsp. liquid stevia (depending on desired sweetnesss)

-Ice cubes

 Directions:

1. Combine all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

2. Transfer to bowl and place in the freezer for 30 minutes or until it is chilled. Spoon into your favorite serving bowl and presto, you have a delicious dessert that you can feel good about eating!
