- 2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows, divided
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 11 1/2 ounces milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups peanuts, or almonds
Take an 8-inch square baking dish and line it with parchment paper. Pour 1 cup marshmallows into the bottom of it. In a large glass bowl, combine the chocolates and peanut butter. Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds, stir and then microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Continue stirring until smooth and continue to microwave until it is all melted. Stir in the remaining 1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows and peanuts. You’re your chocolate mixture over the marshmallows in your baking dish. Refrigerate the dish until the fudge is firm, which will take several hours. Cut your creation into bite sized pieces and eat up!
