Some days, I like to get into a health kick… and with breakfast being the most important meal of the day, what better way to start it off with a good, nutritious breakfast? I recently found a simple little meal that provides both vitamins and a delicious tasteJ! It also doesn’t take up a lot of time in the mornings and is perfect if you are on the go!

If you’re a fruit lover, then you will LOVE these breakfast parfaits. You can make them almost any way you want! First, you need to pick out ingredients that you or your family likes best. For example, I love bananas so that would definitely be one of my first choices! The list you need is short and simple: yogurt, granola, and whatever fruit you prefer. Grab a couple of small glasses and fill it half way with whatever kind of yogurt you prefer. Then top it with some granola and the fruit to go with it! Take the one on the right for example. This person put vanilla yogurt, granola, some berries on top! It’s making my mouth water just thinking about it!
