Healthy mac ‘n cheese…could there be such a thing? Fortunately for all of my healthy yet mac ‘n cheese loving sistas out there IS such a thing! It is so creamy, so delicious, and so guilt free! Plus, it takes about 10 minutes to make. Health conscious comfort food? Um YES! Here is how to make it:


  • 2 cups dry elbow or spiral pastagreek-yogurt-mac-n-cheese-11
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice, I prefer plain almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt

In a small pot stir together the cheese, milk, and salt until it is all melted together. Stir in the yogurt and simmer until it is hot. Cook your pasta fully and then stir it into the pot with your cheese and yogurt mixture.

Okay so how easy was that? So easy a caveman could do it. 😉
