The words “healthy” and “cake” don’t usually go together in the same sentence. Well, today they do! If you are looking for a yummy, quick and healthy way to curb your sweet tooth, then look no further. Here is a recipe for a delicious, moist, cinnamon roll inspired mug cake that takes one minute to make.   • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Grease a large mug of your choice with cooking spray and add the protein powder, baking powder, coconut flour, cinnamon, and sugar and mix well. Add the eggs and mix them in, then do the same with the milk and vanilla. Mix the teaspoon of sugar and some extra cinnamon and swirl them over the top of the batter. Microwave the mug for a minute and voila, delicious mug cake!
