When I think of lasagna I think of red sauce and noodles, not peanut butter cookies! But, who says lasagna can’t be crazy? Here is a fun, sweet, sugary recipe for peanut butter cookie lasagna.
- 1 box Nutter Butter Cookies
- Cool Whip
- Chopped up peanut butter cups
- ½ cup melted peanut butter
- 1 box instant or regular vanilla pudding, prepared according to package
Line the bottom of an 8×8 pan with Nutter Butter Cookies and then drizzle them with the melted peanut butter. Layer on half of the pudding and then add half of the Cool Whip. Next add on the chopped peanut butter cups and then repeat all of the layers again! Sprinkle crushed Nutter Butter cookies and chopped peanut butter cookies on the top and then sprinkle the rest of the peanut butter. Cool this sweet dish in the fridge overnight to allow the cookies to soften and the Cool Whip to firm up! This recipe is great because it requires no cooking and it is simple to make!
