Pizza. For breakfast. Did those three words blow your breakfast mind? If you are in the mood for something savory and saucy for breakfast, whip up a pizza scone! This recipe is from food blogger “Public Lives, Secret Recipes.”


  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • Dash of salt
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar14017fa0-e46a-0133-7ff3-0e31b36aeb7f
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 8 tbsp. cold salted butter
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 bag shredded mozzerella cheese
  • 1 bag pepperoni

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. While it is warming up, grab a large mixing bowl and combine flour, salt, baking powder, milk, sugar, butter, and oregano. Stir all of this with a mixer until it is crumbly. Work the dough together using your hands until it makes a ball. Roll out the dough and cut it into triangles that measure about 4 inches on each side. Place ½ of the triangles onto a cookie sheet about 4 inches apart. Pour sauce, pepperoni, and cheese on top of each triangle. Then place the second triangle on top of the cheesed one and press the dough together to combine at the sides. Bake them for about 20 minutes or until they are golden brown, then eat up! Here is the video on how to make them, just incase you need a visual: .
