Is there a food more fun than Funfetti? Doubtful. Is there a food more fun than cake batter Funfetti Popsicles? WAY doubtful. If you are in the summer snack spirit, take a swing at these sweet treats!


  • 1 cup heavy creamFunfettiCakeBatterPopsicles_2
  • ½ cup, plus 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp powdered milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups whole milk.
  • ¼ cup sprinkles

In the bowl of your mixer, add in the heavy cream and powdered sugar. Whip until light and fluffy, which should take about 2 minutes. Next, add in the milk powder and vanilla and beat for another minute. Pour in the milk and mix it in until it is all well combined. Grab a popsicle mold and fill each compartment up about ¼ of the way full. Add some sprinkles to each, then fill up the molds ½ way, add sprinkles, and repeat the process until the molds are full. Insert the popsicle sticks into each, then stick them in the freezer until frozen completely. After they are frozen solid (about 6 hours), remove them from the molds and gobble them up!

On a warm spring/summer day, these hit the spot!
