I don’t know about you, but all I want on a hot day is a nice big glass of raspberry lemonade. I love sitting out on my patio with a glass in hand with my dogs by my side, it just hits the spot! Here is how to make the best raspberry lemonade you will ever taste!

  • 1/2 cup Sweet’N Low
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 ¼ cups fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups raspberries, pureed
  • 3 1/2 cups cold water
  • ice cubes

In a small pan, bring the Sweet’N Low and water to a simmer. Stir so that sugar dissolves all the way and then remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature. Place the raspberries in a blender and process until smooth. Pour the raspberry puree into the sugar water and then stir. Add in the lemon juice. Combine the raspberry mixture with the cold water in a large pitcher. Stir it up really good and add in lots of ice!

I add in some extra raspberries into my glass for a little extra yum!
