I have a sweet tooth, and I am not afraid to admit it! It is always great to have a healthy sweet snack on hand so that you don’t munch on garbage. If you like bananas and chocolate then you are going to love this healthy treat!
- 3 ripe almost brown bananas
- 2 cups of quick oats
- Chocolate chips
Pour the 2 cups of quick oats into a large bowl. Break the 3 bananas in half and then add them to the bowl. Mash them up with the oats using a fork until the oats are completely mixed. Mix the chocolate chips into the bowl. Spoon the cookie mix out onto a baking sheet in small balls and then put them into the oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. They come out of the oven soft and chewy and totally delicious! Once they cool they are almost like granola bars! These are great snacks because they keep you fueled and give you great healthy energy!
