I can’t believe how hot it is outside!  Which means summertime is in full force here in the U.S.  Our summers are pretty hot here in the Midwest.  I’m always looking for a refreshing healthy drink that helps to beautify my skin and body. I’ve recently started experimenting with ice water and different fruits.  You should give it a try!

You can buy strawberries, blueberries, cherries, oranges, limes, grapes…..the list is endless. First, wash your fruit. Then cut it up and squeeze the juice into the glass. Drop the fresh fruit into the glass and fill it with water and ice.  Have fun experimenting with which fruits taste best together for your taste buds! Another option is to add cucumbers, watermelon, and mint herb. It’s a refreshing drink with a different twist. No matter what you add in your bottle, it’s guaranteed to be 100% healthy for you and your body. Another tip is to freeze your grapes before you add them in your water. When they’re frozen, they act as ice cubes to keep your drink ice cold! The possibilities really are endless.
