One of my writers recently got back from studying in Europe for the past 5 months, London to be exact. While she was there, she was able to cross off 10 countries along the way. I mean c’mon…TEN?! I was so curious how she made it to that many countries without being a millionaire! Her answers surprised me. Check out how you can travel through Europe on a budget too!

Getting around Europe is crazy cheap! Budget airlines like RyanAir, EasyJet, and WizzAir offer round trip airfare for as little as $50 round-trip. Say whaaaat?! If you’re traveling with a group of friends, try Air B&B. It allows you to rent apartments in incredible locations, aka a block away from the Colosseum, for an amazing price, especially if you are splitting with friends. Another fun route to go is with hostels! Hostels are like one big slumber party. It’s a large room with bunk beds and lockers. You can request a one gender room if you’d like! It’s a great way to get to know people your age and hear all of their travel stories. You just might learn a thing or two!Chelsea Crockett- hostel

Another amazing thing Lexi mentioned was how students get in free almost anywhere! Iconic landmarks such as the Louvre, Palace of Versailles, and the Prague Castle are completely free; not to mention the other sweet deals you can get at almost any huge landmark.

If this doesn’t make you want to jump on a plane, I don’t know what would! Let’s go Insiders!
