I also like having a workout plan to follow when I am at the gym. So, imagine how excited I was to find workout plans…that go to specific workout songs! Ill explain.
On Buzzfeed they posted a few workouts that are called “One-Song Workouts.” These workouts last the length of one specific song, and they give you the specific exercises and reps that you do during the round.
