How many of y’all own a trampoline? Trampolines are not only a super fun way to pass the time, but they are also a great way to exercise! Did you know that jumping on the trampoline for 10 minutes is the same amount of exercise as a 30 minute jog? Totally true! Here is an exercise routine to crank out on your trampoline to burn through some calories!

  1. Straight jump: Keep your arms straight over your head and keep them raised as you jump up. Jump up, keeping toe touchyour body as straight as you can, and then land with your body straight. Repeat this 30 times.
  2. Seat drop: Do a “but bomb”. Everyone can do these! Do 30 of them in a row!
  3. Do 30 toe touches.
  4. Do 30 “tuck” jumps, where you tuck your knees to your chest when you are up in the air.
  5. 30 jumping jacks.

If your family has a trampoline, then you can knock this routine out in just a few minutes and burn through those calories! AND have a great time doing it!
