First of all, I just want to say congratulations for making it (almost) all the way to 2014! This year has been an amazing, crazy year for me. I have learned so much about myself. For me, 2014 is going to be a year of new opportunities, change, and growth! Now there are the usual New Year’s resolutions like “I want to eat healthier” or “I want to exercise more”, but mine are a little different.
Since YouTube is a big part of my life, I thought I would start out with those resolutions. Recently, I have hit 540,000 followers! This was a huge step for me and I am so grateful and thankful for all of my followers! On that note, I would really like to reach 600,000 followers this year. My next YouTube resolution is to make better quality videos and to create a better schedule for them. By creating better videos, I can give my viewers a more enjoyable experience. Also, by creating a schedule for my videos, you guys can see what day I am posting each video. This way you can make sure to catch each video you don’t want to miss! Another part of my resolution is to create more time for YouTube. Like I said, you guys are so important to me, and YouTube is a huge part of my life, so I would like to have more time to devote to it.
Now for my personal resolutions. This year I would like to become closer to God and spend more time learning about Him. I wouldn’t be where I am without Him! Also, I would like to spend more time with my family. Finding time for family is really important because they are the people who support you and help you through every obstacle in your life. This year I would also like to branch out socially and make new friends! Don’t get me wrong, the friends I have right now are amazing, but you can never have too many friends! My next resolution is to be more open and honest with people, and that includes you all! I consider you guys family, so it is really important to be open and honest with you all. My last resolution is to give myself time to breathe. I am always so busy, and I need to make time to relax and catch my breath.
I know it is going to be hard to keep up with all of these resolutions, but I am going to try my best! My advice on New Year’s resolutions is to make them realistic. If you make them unrealistic you will lose motivation and just quit them all together! Also, don’t stress about them. Just try and be the best person you can be. This year is going to be a great year for all of us, I just know it!
