If you’re like me, you like shopping for the cutest and trendiest school supplies whether it be decorations for your dorm or pens to take notes with.  One of my favorite things to get for the upcoming school year is a planner to keep my schedule neat and organized. There are a few brands that offer super cute planners that you can buy to get prepped for the school year like me!

  • Vera Bradley.  Chelsea Crockett - School PlannerYou’re probably most familiar with Vera Bradley’s stylish school supplies from pens to laptop cases to planners!  You’re also probably familiar with their fun, floral patterns that their known for. They offer different colored planners so you can find one to match the rest of your school supplies!
  • Lilly Pulitzer.  If you like bright colors and fun patterns, then Lilly Pulitzer is for you!  The planners on the right show two of their most popular styles.  I love the fun elephants and floral prints they offer!  Each page helps you keep your weeks scheduled and organized.
  • Kate Spade.  Kate Spade’s whole style is simple yet stylish.  They only offer a few different planners, but they’re all super cute and will satisfy your planning needs!

Along with a stylish outfit and killer makeup, you’ll need some festive nails to complete your Valentine’s Day look!  Instead of getting your nails done for your special night, I found three different designs you can try out for yourself.  I think they’re fairly simply to do even if nails aren’t your thing!

  • If you like going all out, then the design on the right is for you! Chelsea Crockett - Love Nails I stumbled upon it on Pinterest and love it.  If you have a steady enough hand to attempt it, give it a try!  You might even be able to find nail stickers if you’re not artistic enough.  I’m in love with how festive and creative it is!
  • If you like to keep it simple, I recommend painting your nails white to start off.  Then, add a black or red heart on your ring finger!  You can even add some glitter on top to make it pop.
  • I love using super thin nail polish brushes to decorate my nails.  It makes creating a design SO much easier!  Take one of these and paint the tip of an arrow on your middle finger.  Then finish it off by painting the end of the arrow on your ring finger to create the full arrow illusion!  Use either pink or red as the base and paint the arrow in white.  It’s so cute and outside the box!

Which design are you going to rock this holiday?  Practice your artistic ability and give one of these a try!

Hello insiders!  One of the season’s hottest trends that I absolutely love is cutout dresses.  They’re super fashionable and can be found at almost any of my favorite stores.  One of the cool things about them is that you can find different cutout shapes such as a hearts or triangles, whatever you prefer!

Chelsea Crockett - Heart Cutout DressA great online store for cutout dresses is Sabo Skirt.  They have a ton of different designs, patterns, and colors!  My favorite is the “Heart Back Dress” which comes in white, black, blue, and pink!  Even though the dress is only one color, you can add a pop of neon with your shoes or handbag.

Another place to find the best dresses is, of course, Forever 21.  Forever 21 has chic choices of the prettiest dresses at a great price.  All dresses range from only around $20 to $30 which is a great deal for how good the qualities of the dresses are!

Although the selection is a little smaller, Love Culture and Charlotte Russe also carry cute, simple cutout dresses that are just as fashionable.  Just like Forever 21, their prices are just as good and the quality is great as well.

Windsor clothing store also offers cutout dresses with a more formal look.  So if you want to wear a cutout dress for a fall dance, Windsor offers timeless but trendy looks.  You can pair it with ballet flats or heels depending on your event!
