What is better than coming home to a nice warm cup of hot chocolate after a chilly, tiring day? A cup of pumpkin white chocolate hot chocolate! As you all are probably sick of hearing, this is the season of the pumpkin. I fully intend to take full advantage of it! Here is the recipe to pumpkin white chocolate hot chocolate.

Ingredients:

  • 15 oz can of pumpkin pureepumpkin 2
  • 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 cups of milk (almond milk or regular, whatever you prefer)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips

In a large pot whisk together the pumpkin, milk, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla until it is smooth. Put the pot over medium heat and let it simmer, but not boil. Stir in the white chocolate chips until they are melted. Pour yourself a mug full, and top it with whipped cream if you’re feeling brave! Take this to your next bonfire to keep all of your friends nice and toasty. They will love it!

XOXO, Chels
