S’mores are fall’s favorite treat. Not only do you get to cozy up to a fire while you make them, but they are so ooey and gooey and delicious. Not all of us have access to a bonfire whenever we feel the urge to enjoy a s’more, so that is where s’mores bark comes in. You can make this inside and enjoy it from the comfort of your kitchen! Plus, it is easily share-able.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 3 sheets of graham crackers

Melt 1 ½ cups of chocolate chips and spread it over a pan covered in wax paper. Make sure the chocolate is layered thick. Refrigerate this for about an hour. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave. Then add in the marshmallow fluff and microwave it for about 30 seconds. Quickly spread the marshmallow and white chocolate layer over the hardened first chocolate layer. Crumble the graham crackers and press them into the marshmallow/chocolate layer. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, meanwhile melting 2 cups of chocolate chips. Spread this over the graham cracker layer and put it in the fridge for 2 hours. Take it out and break it apart. Store it in the fridge if you want a solid bark, and if you want it squishy leave it out in a covered container.

Yum!

These aren’t your average nachos…they are caramel apple nachos! I cannot decide if I like these or regular nachos better, so I guess I will just have to keep on eating both! 😉

These nachos are a fun fall themed treat. Caramel apples make me think of autumn, would you agree? You can even go apple picking with a bunch of friends (or a hot date!) to collect a few of your necessary ingredients. Here is the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 gala apples

  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Heath toffee bits

Pour the Heath bits and mini chips into 2 separate bowls. Cut a ziploc bag at the corner for the white chocolate drizzle. Cut your apples into slices and place them on the dish you want to serve them. Melt the white chocolate by placing the white chocolate candy coating in a small sauce pan on low heat. Stir it constantly until it is melted and smooth. Pour it into the cut Ziploc bag and drizzle it onto your apples. Halloween is almost upon us, which means you need an arsenal of Halloween treats at your disposal! Here is an easy yummy fall treat to make for your Halloween parties!

Ingredients:DSC_1820-300x350

  • 1 bag of mini pretzels
  • 1 bag of M&Ms (you will only need the green ones, so feel free to snack on the other colors )
  • Orange food coloring
  • 1 bag white chocolate chops melted slowly
  • Shortening to thin out the chocolate

The first step is to melt the chocolate. Add 1 tablespoon of shortening to the bowl of white chocolate chips before you warm them in the microwave. Warm the chips a little at a time and stir them frequently. Then, add in your orange coloring and stir gently until it is smooth. Take out a cookie sheet and line it with wax paper. Dip your pretzels into the white chocolate and then lay them onto the cookie sheet. While the chocolate is still wet, take a green M&M and set it in the crook of the pretzel on its side. Now you have a sweet little stem on your pumpkin! Allow the pretzels to cool and then place them on a cute serving platter! Now you have a sweet and salty snack that everyone will love.
