Today’s recipe is for a dessert that is so easy even a guy can make it! 😉 I know some pretty talented dudes who can bake, but this one is for the guys who have trouble just making boxed mac ‘n cheese. Plus, it is pretty delish! So, if you are not the best baker, have no fear, this recipe is just for you!
- 1 box graham crackers (14 ounce box)
- 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 ounce bag)
- 1 cup finely chopped nuts
- 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk (14 ounce cans)
- 5 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- 2-3 cups of powdered sugar
In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, condensed milk, vanilla, nuts, and salt. Mix it well until it is combined into a batter. Take a 9×13 baking pan and line it with parchment paper or greased aluminum foil. Spread the batter into the pans and bake it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. After it is done baking, let it cool completely and cut it into squares. Pour the powdered sugar into a bowl and add the squares to the sugar. Gently toss them in the bowl to coat them with sugar, and then store them in an air-tight container.
See, what did I tell you! These are so easy to make, even a caveman could do it! 😉
