There is just something about springtime that makes me crave lemonade. Today’s recipe is the perfect dessert to greet the spring and welcome warm weather. Hello no-bake lemonade cheesecake! This is a quick and easy sweet treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk
  • 1 box instant lemon pudding mix
  • 2 packages softened cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • ¾ cup frozen lemonade concentrate

In a small bowl, whisk the evaporated milk and pudding mix together until smooth. In a separate medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy. Next, gradually beat in the lemonade concentrate. Add in the pudding mixture and beat until smooth. If you like traditional cheesecake, then crush some graham crackers and spread the crumbs in the bottom of your serving dishes. Then spoon the lemonade mixture into small serving dishes or jars. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours, then enjoy!

I love fresh recipes like this one. It is quick and simple, yet packs a lemony punch!

XOXO, Chels

Mmmmmm, Starbucks. Who doesn’t love picking up an iced coffee or a cool lime refresher during the hot summer days? Unfortunately, sometimes we don’t have the time, or the money, to go to an actual Starbucks… but a few of the drinks you can simply make right in your kitchen!

  • Green Tea Lemonade. This drink is simply what it says it is. I like my drinks sweet so, I sweeten my green tea instead of leaving it unsweetened. You can use any green tea and your favorite lemonade and mix it together! SO easy, right?Chelsea Crockett - Green Tea Lemonade
  • Cool Lime Refresher. I LOVE Starbucks’ refreshers. They’re absolutely delicious… and obviously refreshing! The cool lime drink is the easiest one to make, you only need mint leaves, chopped cucumber, water, and sugar. You may need a few other ingredients depending on which recipe you use online, but most are pretty much as simple as that!
  • Frappuccino. Depending on which flavor of coffee you want, you’ll have to look up the recipe. But most of the Frappuccino recipes call for strong coffee, sweetener, milk, ice cubes, and whipped cream! You can add chocolate or caramel syrup, or whatever else you prefer.

What’s your favorite Starbucks drink? Let me know in the comments below, and if you can make it at home, include the recipe :)!

Love, Chelsea

I don’t know about you, but all I want on a hot day is a nice big glass of raspberry lemonade. I love sitting out on my patio with a glass in hand with my dogs by my side, it just hits the spot! Here is how to make the best raspberry lemonade you will ever taste!

Ingredients:6a00d8358081ff69e2017d42a75f73970c-800wi

  • 1/2 cup Sweet’N Low
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 ¼ cups fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups raspberries, pureed
  • 3 1/2 cups cold water
  • ice cubes

In a small pan, bring the Sweet’N Low and water to a simmer. Stir so that sugar dissolves all the way and then remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature. Place the raspberries in a blender and process until smooth. Pour the raspberry puree into the sugar water and then stir. Add in the lemon juice. Combine the raspberry mixture with the cold water in a large pitcher. Stir it up really good and add in lots of ice!

I add in some extra raspberries into my glass for a little extra yum!

Enjoy!

How incredibly refreshing does blueberry mint lemonade sound? I say it sounds crazy good. To me, there is nothing more refreshing than a tall glass of lemonade. Here is the recipe for this dapper drink!chelsea crockett blueberry lemonade

Ingredients:

–          1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

–          ¾ cup superfine sugar

–          4 cups water

–          1 cup fresh blueberries

–          1/3 cup fresh mint

Juice your lemons into a large pitcher. Add your sugar and water, and then stir to dissolve. Add the blueberries and mint, then let the mixture sit in the refrigerator overnight before you serve. The longer you let the mixture stand, the more the flavors will mingle. I personally have a pitcher of this stuff sitting in my fridge right now! You can bet your bottom dollar it will all be gone in a jiff!

Enjoy!
