Usually when I think of working out, I think of doing cardio. I think of running or biking or doing short exercise circuits. Fitness experts are saying that weight lifting is just as or even more important than getting that cardio in! When I say weight lifting I don’t mean getting huge bulky muscles or bench pressing your body weight. Light lifting can actually help you get slim, toned, and in the best shape ever!
