Popsicles are my favorite summer snack. Whether you want sweet, fruity, or chocolatey, you can find a popsicle to satisfy your craving! I’ve came across a few mouthwatering recipes that look absolutely delicious that I wanted to share with all of my fellow popsicle lovers!
- Tutti-Frutti Ice Pops. For these you’ll need: a ½ cup of sliced strawberries, a ½ cup of sliced peaches, a ½ cup of blueberries, 2 sliced kiwis, and 1½ cups of coconut water. You’ll need six ½-cup popsicle molds to divide your fruit among evenly. Pour in the coconut water, place in popsicle sticks, and freeze your pops for 5+ hours. Then enjoy!
- Sweet Tea Pops. This may be the simplest treat to make. All you need is to purchase your favorite sweet tea (mine is Gold Peak!) or make your own. Then pour it into the molds, set popsicle sticks in, and set them in the freezer for a few hours! So simple yet so delicious!
- Nutella Cool Whip Popsicles. All you need for these is: a ¼ cup of Nutella, 1 cup of milk, and 1 cup of cool whip. Combine the milk and cool whip together in a mixer then whisk in the Nutella. Pour them into the mold, place in the popsicle sticks, and freeze for 6-10 hours!
Side note: If you’re having trouble getting the popsicles out of the mold, run cool water over the frozen popsicles or run warm water over the back of the mold. Both should help your pops slide out much easier!
