I get so pumped when stores start putting out candy corn because that means FALL IS HERE. Plus I just love candy corn. Today’s fall inspired recipe combines all of my fall favorites; cranberries, candy corn, pretzels, and white chocolate! I’ll tell you how to whip all of these yummy bits into a mouthwatering mixture.
- ½ pound chopped white chocolate
- 1 cup mini pretzels
- ½ cup candy corn
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Leave an overhang on 2 sides of the pan. Melt the chocolate, and then spread it on the prepared pan. Sprinkle it with pretzels, candy corn, and cranberries. Allow it to cool in the fridge for a few hours, then remove the bark from the pan. Break it into pieces, eat a few yourself, and then give the rest away to friends, family, and possibly your favorite teacher. 😉
I feel like this dish is so festive! Thoughts?
