By burning lavender or sprinkling a few drops of oil on your pillow, you’ll find it easier to fall asleep at night. It’s also a great stress reliever. Another great way to use lavender is for a detox bath. Add a cup of Epsom salt and a few drops of lavender oil to hot water for the perfect de-stressing bath!
Jasmine oil is the perfect all-natural perfume. Rub a few drops on your wrist and neck for a long-lasting scent. To thicken hair, add a few drops of rosemary oil to your shampoo bottle. If you’ve got acne, mix together tea tree oil and honey for a homemade acne wash. Use as you normally would any type of facial cleanser.
