Experts say that we should drink 6-8 cups of water every day. I don’t know about you, but that is pretty tough for me. Here is a sweet summer recipe to spruce up your water and make it more inviting: Watermelon coconut infused ice cubes! Your water will seem so much more fancy, and delicious, when you add in a few of these cubes. Plus, they add extra vitamins and minerals to your H2O! Here is the refreshing recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup seedless watermelon, pureed
- 1/8 cup coconut water
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Combine these ingredients together and pour them into an ice tray. Freeze them until they are solid, possibly overnight, and then serve! These are sure to be a hit at any summer party, or just at home in a glass of water! Next time you reach for a sugary drink, pop a few of these in a glass of water instead.
