Happy summer Insiders,

                If you’re like me you, then love late summer nights.  Hanging out with my girlfriends, making videos, and watching movies are just a few things that keep me up all night.  It’s always a great time, but I started losing more and more sleep.  I started looking into the benefits of sleep and now force myself to sleep more.  It’s SO good for you!!  The term “beauty sleep” is actually a real thing.  Getting 8-9 hours of sleep a night reduces dark circles under your eyes and reduces wrinkles.  Many studies also suggest that you will live longer.  Who doesn’t want that?!  As well as looking more beautiful and living longer, getting enough sleep can improve memory and creativity.  This can help with school or making YouTube videos, like meLaughingChelsea Crockett- sleep.  If you’re an athlete, it can help with your performance level.  If you’re not happy with your game, then get some sleep!  Along with all of these amazing benefits, getting enough sleep can help you maintain a healthy weight.  You’ll be more beautiful, fit, and have more attention with a good night of sleep.
